Cada día surgen nuevos peligros cibernéticos que difícilmente se pueden cuantificar mediante estadísticas o estudios. Robos de bases de datos, pérdidas de contraseñas, virus informáticos, correos electrónicos fraudulentos,… son algunos de los riesgos a los que una empresa se ve expuesta. Por ejemplo, durante 2017 el 34% de las empresas en España sufrió una interrupción de sus operaciones y un 48% perdieron información confidencial.

¿ Porqué un seguro de protección de datos ?

Allianz Cyber Plus está dirigido a PYMES Y AUTONÓMOS con las siguientes características

 • Facturación de hasta 15 millones de euros de facturación.

 • Ventas en e-commerce no superen el 30% de la facturación anual.

 • Establecidas en el mercado más de 2 años. 

• Con sistemas informáticos del asegurado ubicados en territorio nacional español y sin datos almacenados en servidores fuera de la UE. 

•Con hasta 50 dispositivos informáticos en actividad. 

•Que no almacenen datos de tarjetas de crédito de sus clientes. 

Por la naturaleza concreta de sus riesgos y siguiendo una práctica habitual del mercado, no pueden asegurarse en este producto las siguientes actividades: servicios financieros, proveedor de servicios de Internet o de aplicación (ISP o ASP), infraestructuras críticas/ servicios básicos tales como suministros de agua, electricidad, telecomunicaciones; sanidad, Defensa, juegos de azar y apuestas, Tráfico Aéreo, Servicios de Consultoría externa, call centers y empresas de gestión de impagados.

EL Ciber Seguro protege contra la pérdida de beneficios

PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS 

Allianz Cyber Plus, cubre la Pérdida de aquellos Beneficios en los que hubiera incurrido el Asegurado durante el Periodo de indemnización como resultado directo del fallo y/o inutilización total o parcial del Sistema informático del Asegurado Descubierto por primera vez por un Incidente de Seguridad. Esta cobertura queda sujeta al sublímite del 25% del límite contratado con un máximo de 75.000 €. A efectos de proyectar el beneficio neto durante el Periodo de Indemnización, se tomarán en consideración; los ingresos del Asegurado correspondientes a los 36 meses anteriores a la inutilización, así como las tendencias relevantes del mercado y del negocio que hubieran afectado el beneficio neto del Asegurado, aún sin tener en cuenta la inutilización del Sistema Informático del Asegurado. Se incluyen también los gastos permanentes y otros gastos de explotación pero únicamente en la medida en que dichos gastos continuaran durante el Periodo de Indemnización y siempre y cuando no fuesen cubiertos por los ingresos del Asegurado como resultado directo de la inutilización del Sistema Informático del Asegurado.
